BMW's are expensive and therefore not suitable for everyone. I have not had good service for several of your outlets and indeed Basingstoke is the only one I would use on the quality of their service.I was only using Marshalls because of conveniece

No fault of Chris's but on collection we noticed chips in the paintwork on the front bumper. For a brand new car this is disappointing seeing as they value if the car was high.

Excellent throughout but dropped a star because we were told upon collection of new vehicle that no spare key available and still no replacement 3 weeks down the line. Couldn't award 5 stars with that problem yet to be resolved

Work completed efficiently but I think your prices are too high. Not impressed with the diagnostic charge of £210 regardless of problem. Pricing still not competitive. My invoice for the replacement of 2 air springs and a fuse was £1335 - !!

The suspected steering box problem was tested and found to be quite okay. I was impressed with the professional knowledge of the engineer and the way he explained the technicalities. It was under warranty anyway but it would have saved a big bill.

My recall repair was cancelled twice once with 24 hours notice, as they seemed not able to get the parts. That left me driving the car fir a year with a potentially lethal problem.

Dropping the car off was an absolute bun fight, nowhere to park and kept waiting as there were no staff available to book me in, in the end the lady on reception took my keys so no chance to ask them to look at other things

Booked a 90 minute, "Fast Lane" appointment, took 2 a half hours. Very limited interaction with colleagues, no consistency or ownership. Hoping to discuss warranty extension or service plan extension but not given any opportunity. Just a number??

Tariro was extremely efficient and helpful and the team outside were also very friendly and helpful. The recall work was completed very quickly, the loan car was good, overall I was extremely happy.

Car recovered to Marshalls.Parking next to impossible but the most friendly person we met was the carpark attendant.Reception staff seemed remote and disinterested when we visited to recover the car after tyre repair and poor return of phone calls.

Not impressed with service for the second time. Arrived for a two hour waiting appointment. They asked if I wanted car washed, said no as needed to leave ASAP. After 2.5hr car was ready and delay was due to washing. Highlighted note on service paper

Turned up Car hadn't been washed or hoovered after receiving a call saying it was ready seat cover still left on parked close to the curb which meant bumper was bent and scratched as touching curb very disappointed took pictures as proof

I had to wait 3 weeks for the service to be carried out. I felt that a main dealer should have more capacity. The car was released to me with 3mm left on the rear brake pads. I was quoted over £400 to replace them which is ludicrous. Car wasn't clean

My car had a factory recall. I called before returning and was told the car was ready, however when arriving was then informed they did not have the part. Chosen hire car not available due to late service. Car not returned washed

For being incorrectly assured on multiple occasions that there was active warranty on the vehicle acording to their system and the work would be covered, only to be invoiced £2.7k after collecting the car and Marshall realising there was a mistake.

The service at reception was slow. Nobody was at their desks to receive me as a client. Parking was awful. No lift to the waiting area...which is sparsely and not luxuriously furnished (unlike Mercedes for example).

Price given on tyres were ex vat although this was never advised so as a consumer why would I assume a price to be ex vat when other tyre place s in the UK do fitted prices including vat for consumers. also attempted to charge me for warranty visit
