The only thing I was unhappy about was not being provided with the usual BMW key ring on one of my fobs I had the garages own key fob on both key fobs. I have never had this before we have always had the normal bmw fob plus retailers one.

I had an issue with both my headlights and condensation. I booked it in for an inspection and testing 5 weeks in advance. On the day only one headlight was in stock so I had to return to have them replaced. Why did no one check before the inspection?

My car was taken to BMW Marshall due to a safety recall to check the driver's airbag. This was carried out quickly, together with a complimentary vehicle safety check and report which highlighted a couple of issues with my car that I wasn't aware of.

We had a problem locating the wheel nut, we had never used it and it was expected to be in the boot of the car. The staff searched as well still not finding the wheel nut and tow bar. Eventually we found it in the door pocket of the passenger side.

Can't get through to anyone, phone never answers. Never got a call to sell me the extras needed which was tyres. Forget to plug in a sensor so I have to go back. First time using bmw and probably the last.

Easy to get the car in for service. The gentleman who managed my car and I was excellent. I had to quickly collect the car at 5pm and i had a bit of a long drive ahead. low on battery he offered to just top it up a little saving a ton of time.

Not a clue about business operations of their customers. All about trying to make it as cost effective for themselves but at expense of customers. When a business customer asks for a 1st appointment of the day, that is what is expected.

Very expensive to supply and paint a small piece of plastic, fuel filler flap, +£180 and then to charge £15 for somebody to walk 20 metres to slide the flap on the frame. Not even asked if I wanted to fit myself

My BMW suffered a break failure while driving to school with my 10 year old son. Marshall charged me over £1100 for repair. They were also rude and offered not help with costs, so I assume that break failure on a 8 year old BMW isn't serious to them?

Only as this was my third visit to sort the problem. And if I may, the car was cleaned nicely but the wheels not so. May I also ask that if the dash cams are disconnected they are plugged back especially as mine reminds me of traffic speed cameras.

I am happy with the standards of care taken on my vehicle and service pricing but the booking system is a nightmare and my wife could not access the lounge without considerable difficulty. For these reasons I can only give you an average score.

I object to paying for things not asked for or listed. Thecost was £25. What about the 2nd Key! I will be seeking a refund. Also I was supplied the wrong collant previously. I could have be advised to add a little water! A revisit now requried!

It's was very nice of Marshalls to replace and give me new front windscreen wiper blades, but wish they hadn't as I had only bought and installed new wiper blades less than a week old at a cost of £45 which went in the bin.
